The sun is out at last. It's the third WE in a row that we seized the opportunity for a trip to the beach. Long Island is perfect at that time of year: there's still no one, the access to the shore is free, and the shopping malls nearby are much nicer than the ones in NYC. Well Madeleine did not quite enjoy the sea and the sand. The sand sticks everywhere, the water is cold and moving all the time: how confusing. Nevertheless yesterday, she had fun running with the tide with her dad. And at least the sea did not get tired of the game!
